We are investigating an intermittent unplanned outage for the Customer Portal Platform.

What are we doing?:

Our testing has shown the issue to be intermittent, failing for some users and not others. We have escalated to the Customer Portal developers for further investigation.

This issue is ongoing and still being investigated by the developers.

Issue was resolved on 15/07/2025.
