The suspected scale of the outage is 797 Mobile Services across remote NETLEY SOUTH, NSW 2879.

We are investigating an intermittent unplanned outage for the Customer Portal Platform.

Functions Impacted:

Users may have issues logging in or changing passwords intermittently for the Customer Portal.

What are we doing?:

Our testing has shown the issue to be intermittent, failing for some users and not others. We have escalated to the Customer Portal developers for further investigation.

Update:

This issue is ongoing and still being investigated by the developers.

Resolved:

Issue was resolved on 15/07/2025.

We will perform planned infrastructure maintenance involving the Customer Portal.
