How’s My Monthly Bill Calculated If I Suspend The Service In The Middle Of The Billing Cycle?

Your billing cycle date remains the same (renew on 28th of every month). You can request to suspend your service on any date, and you will still need to pay the same monthly access fee for the current billing cycle, $11 Mobile Holding fee will start from the following cycle.

For example, you’re on $49 SIM Only plan and request to suspend the service on 20th of the month, you’ll still need to pay $49.00 for the current billing cycle ends on the 27th.
