What can I do to make sure my number transfer goes smoothly?
Before you request to transfer your number to Aussie Mobile Connect, you’ll need to make sure that it is active with your current telco (suspended/inactive numbers cannot be transferred);
Your old SIM card will still work until your number has been successfully transferred to Aussie Mobile Connect. There may be some minor service disruption when your number is being switched over. But don’t fret, we’ll do our best to minimise any potential service disruptions!
